Licensed Caregivers You Can Trust

PATCHES’ staff are licensed by the State of Florida, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and therapists (physical, speech, occupational, and respiratory). Our staff exceeds state requirements. For 25 years, we’ve cared for children with complex medical needs and provided tailored educational support, including a part-time Miami-Dade Public Schools teacher.

PATCHES serves every child, regardless of a family’s ability to pay. State-licensed, we’re supported by Medicaid and charitable donations—so no child is turned away due to finances.

Supporting Your Whole Family

PATCHES is open weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., giving working parents reliable care and the ability to stay employed. When needed, our clearly marked PATCHES vans provide dependable transportation. From day one, we’ve helped families learn caregiving skills that make life at home easier.

We care for children from birth to age 21 with chronic health challenges and complex medical needs—in a safe, nurturing environment. If your child needs skilled nursing care every day but doesn’t need to be in the hospital, we may be able to help.
